Returns & Exchanges
Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of items that are exempt from return. Personalized and fragile items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain intimate or hygienic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sends the order to themselves for later delivery to you, we will refund the giver, who will be made aware of your return.
